atelier -Apsis's long term goal is to develop a viable high design competition and RFPs based practice that produces museum and television quality cultural content about their projects simultaneously as they produce architecture and urban design projects. Part of their marketing and business development work is to foster institutional transformations that will enable such a practice to exist much like in some EU countries. Partners agree on the necessity to federate main vectors of architecture (computing, ecological issues, new technologies and methods) into coherent innovative processes and critical thinking. They value convergence, synthesis and emulation in all their project. They identity with the 21th Century (not with the modernist 20th Century) and its capacity to foster social change, structural ecological preservation and overall higher quality of design for the betterment of collective consciousness. They believe in the federating aspects of heterogeneous dense urban cities where the citizen is happy living, being joyfully surprised and intellectually challenged by designers's creativity on a daily basis, throughout is life.
